Parking:  Parking is available at $13 per vehicle per night plus taxes

Reservations:  Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations.  Reservations must be made no later than September 3rd, 2003 as that block will automatically be dropped on that date

Check-in/Check-Out:  Rooms cannot be guaranteed for check-in prior to 4pm.  To avoid additional charges, rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Payment:  Each individual is responsible for his or her room and incidental charges, upon checkout.  Upon arrival, each guest must provide the front desk with a valid major credit card authorization equivalent to the amount of his or her total accommodation charge
